Beef Processing
Beef Processing offers customers all of the beef products they could ever want to stock their freezer. We cut your order how you like it. If you have a large family, we can package your beef in larger packages, if it is just the two of you we can adjust to smaller packages. We assure you that once you enjoy custom processed beef from Anderson Processing you will never want to shop the supermarket case again.
Don’t have a fat calf to butcher? No problem, Anderson Processing often has farmers with more product than they can eat. Let us help you find a 1/4, 1/2 or a whole carcass to process for your freezer. From there we take extra care to preserve your cuts, we double wrap each cut or you can upgrade to vacuum sealing for an additional fee.
Processing includes:
$50 slaughter fee plus $.65/lb hanging weight, double wrapped
Vacuum sealing is available for an additional $.75/lb hanging weight
Pork Processing
We custom process half and whole hog orders just the way you like them. We can cure your ham, spice up your sausage and cut your pork chops just like you like them. We can package your pork in packages that suit your family.
Processing includes:
$30 slaughter fee plus $.65/lb. hanging weight, double wrapped
Cure rate of $.75 per lb.
Vacuum sealing is available for an additional $.75/lb. hanging weight
Deer Processing
For deer hunters we offer custom processing that makes getting that venison in your freezer easy. For an additional charge we can also put part or all of your deer into summer sausage.
Processing includes:
$80 processing fee, all meat double wrapped
Summer Sausage $8 per roll, Jalapeno and Cheese $10 per roll
$10 per roll for
Breakfast Sausage $2/lb
Bratwurst $4/lb.
Snack sticks $4/lb. Regular and $5/lb. Jalapeno & Cheese
Cape Fee $30
Gut Fee $40
All wild game not picked up the third day after contacted will incur $5/day storage fee
